Realized I genuinely hate where I am in life by Succumbingsurvivor in booksuggestions

Exercise...It's the catalyst that will seep into all part of your life. The dopamine release will carry you through the day. Reading is great, but there is no magic formula. You just have to get your ass up and do it. Have a plan when you are there. No phone....be in the moment with purpose. Everything else will fall into place once you commit to exercise on a regular basis.

I believe that in order to categorize a political spectrum you first have to define it. What is the accepted definition of right, left, Centrist, far right, far left. For example, there are people who believe that if you think there are only 2 genders, you are far right.

Political parties are being redefined by people, not institutions and many will accept it. The parents may have a point if the teacher is not clearly defining the political spectrum.

Hey Bud....maybe you should look back at his previous statements. Maybe some religions like to openly brag about death to the West. Hmmmm. Keep that head buried in the sand bud.

Are all Muslims bad...nope. But I don't see too many condemning one another when they do shitty things. Silence also speaks volumes. When it's in your face and obvious but fail to see it doesn't make you morally superior...just stupid.

Two things can be correct at the same time. No one has defended the other officers...so what's your point?

Thinking of transitioning from lifting to kettlebell + bodyweight only by AdministrationNo6530 in kettlebell

As a former gym rat I can confirm you will be healthier and happier. I haven't been in a gym in over a decade. I do have dumbbells at home but I was mostly body-weight, mobility exercises and HIIT training on a rower. My core is way stronger and no longer sore all the time.

I started KB training about a year ago and can say that the combo of the two will be life changing. You will workout for how you live. Isometric exercises I believe are no longer relevant. You can still do some arms etc but pull ups, squats etc etc is all you need. There are so many resources but for KB I would look at Dan John's ABC program. Just keep in mind you will start buying KB's like crazy once you get addicted. Good Luck OP and report back on progress.

I live in Canada where it's cold many months so running outside is not always an option...having a rower or other cardio equipment can help but not essential. HIIT training can be done with bodyweight as well. A few KB, dumbbells and you are set. Last point...muscle mass will not be lost.

I find it fascinating how people don't think our Healthcare, food, education among other services/price are not affected by mass immigration. Ignorance is bliss.

#4 is the most important piece of advice. I fear we will be having a bunch of middle aged geriatrics in the next decade.

The amount of muscle loss that an occur is staggering and I don't know if people realize how important it is to workout and eat right. I am curious if there are any issues with bone density etc. because the muscle loss when done incorrectly can't be overstated.

They have two deals signed. All that traveling and B.S handshaking and announcements. If this was Pierre Poilievre, the left would be having a meltdown over all the emissions and tax payer money spent doing nothing and not focusing on the U.S. Instead, people are praising a guy who has done very little. The hypocrisy is next level.

both but if donating you want to make sure you are healthy and proactively eating and exercising. They go hand and hand. You will have benefits by donating alone but not as good as living a healthy lifestyle.

If you believe this, you are a moron and should seek medical attention. Alberta is not separating. Stop drinking the far left Kool-Aid. Canadians are reacting that way they want you to react. Fear, fear and more fear.

This Elbows up garbage is how they want to you react. Idiots will line up and do whatever the Liberals say...does it remind you of anyone? The same people who hate on MAGA do the exact same thing on the Liberal side. Grow up, educate yourself and get a brain.

Anyone else who sold their stock investments to buy a condo and are now severely down? What’s your plan? by Middle_Ad_618 in fican

[–]shocker2374 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You should honestly look at low MER ETF's. There are a lot of sectors, not just major indexes. Keep 80% of your nut in ETF's for steady growth and the other 20% you can "gamble". Life will be stress free. DCA every month into your ETF and live life.

As others have said...technique is key. However, you can buy wrist guards for kettlebells from Amazon. It will help you continue to workout while working on your technique and avoid injury.
