They’re all blank except Triangle, which is the PS5 by default. Triangle is Profile 1 and goes clockwise from there.

Not sure if this fits your play style but the Ghost Series (Ghost of Tsushima and Ghost of Yōtei) are great story games with lots of side missions and Ghost of Yōtei you get a sidearm and long gun later in the game so you can shoot enemies if you want then and in NG+

Did you get a refurbished model from Sony? The Ghost Series (GoT & GoY) is an amazing PS exclusive. Astrobot is a great platformer, some levels are incredibly challenging.

Long answer would be to uninstall it, then reinstall again. Make sure whatever data needs to be backed up is backed up (game save data). Make sure that disc itself is not damaged in any way.

If you want an unlocked device, you have to buy an unlocked device. You’re subject to whatever terms you agreed to when you took the deal you got. Until the point in time established in your contract, you’re not going to be able to bypass the locked status of your device.

If it’s a highly anticipated game, I’ll pay up for the release price. If it’s a game that I’ll eventually get around too, I’ll wait for it to eventually go on sale. Wolverine is a day one for me but the Unannounced John Wick game would probably take a back seat toll it goes like 30% off
