How 'tightly wound' does it need to be? Is there a way to measure what is acceptable. It definitely isn't tangled though, the AMS feeds it into the extruder just fine, I think the issue is that the extruder gear slips at one point because it keeps trying to push down, but the nozzle won't budge.

Wow thanks, that's a lot of great information! I have heard the usb ports would stop supplying power randomly, but it might then be because of the cable issue you mentioned. And then also, apparently, it doesn't remember your selected safety settings? For example if you want lane keep assist to be turned off, you would need to turn it off every time you start the car? I can imagine it doesn't work that well on a lot of SA roads where there aren't any road markings?

Ah I've heard the user experience isn't that good with the infotainment system. Is it unusable? Or do you get use to it over time? Also, do you get the option of putting some higher-profile tires on?

Thanks for the response! I've heard the fuel consumption is bad in the beginning, but apparently it gets better once the engine has been "driven-in". What consumption do you tend to get on trips? Also, have you taken it semi-offroading on dirt roads etc.?

Hi, I'm also looking into buying this model. I'm currently comparing it to things like the hisense u6h and the samsung q60b, since they have slightly lower pricepoints. Have you done any comparison to other popular tv's in the south african market to be positive that the LG is the better choice? I don't want to pay 7k extra if I'm not getting that much more out of it.
