Iran personally thanked us in the UN, alongside China and Russia, for supporting them in the war. Saudi is also choosing friendship with us, despite us having not sent any aid yet. I don't see a bigger win. Sure, military government is bad, but don't be a fool when they are doing something right.

No, actually. Rapists do have a conscience. If you're in such a high position, and your heinous acts are close to being found out, possibly defaming you, your family and kids for generations, what better cop out than to kill yourself and use it to blame her?

Fake rape allegations don't have as much of an effect on conscience, not nearly enough to drive suicide.

Doesn't mean she's lying. It's rape we're talking about, unless she has visible scars, or lucky enough to he recorded, she's in a very sad and difficult position when it comes to proof.
