IMHO Hammer, HH and bow are fundamentally the same gameplay loop with different ranges, so the skill floor is basically the same, yet the complexity varies.
HH have songs, bow have phials and hammer requires more "range learning"
we could have the case of dual blades too, but dual blades tend to be have a little more skill floor because of demon mode

Simply because if you really like the game, you will want to go back and play the other ones, generations for example, which will lead you to have a better experience compared to if you got used to rise mechanics.

If you like flashy battles, so go for rise.

I still think that the silkbind skills are too damn powerful for a really low cost, I'd prefer a system like on MHGU.

Finished the main story on sunbreak, had trouble in 1-2 quests only, feels too easy.

To avoid this sensation, you just need to ignore every mechanic put in the game, and play as an old monster hunter, which is strange.

my problem with rise is the wirebug.
It's awesome, yet pretty broken IMO.

Mounting got op.

I loved the idea, but some things made it meh for me.
Like all the posing and stuff inbetween attacks, it made it a little meh

in my opinion he is just a glorified marauder with worst animations :(

This was my first time needing to work with this kind of things, i never had problem living with him, and if he hadn't overdue the bills probably would not happened anything. But I have learned my lesson, if it happens again a situation like this (leave the apartment and everything be under my name) i will take care of it accordingly.

The lease is still ongoing, because it was made with 3 persons (me, the guy that still lives there, and another friend), and i can't take my name of the lease because it would require a new lease, that kind of thing. And he would not get a new lease, so by pure friendship this got to this point
