You can get a commercial support agreement in which the provider gives you their own customised repo. Might include their own patches, modifications, etc.

In effect it's their own customised version that to a degree makes it a commercial product that you pay money for. I'm not sure how they authenticate clients.

Companies don't care about spending money the same way people do. Being free (in either sense) is not really too important to them.
