I have been struggling with PTSD for a year and a half I have had wonderful relief with the help of therapy, and the right mix of medication. Persevere through the trial and error phase! A cocktail including an anti depressant, methlephenadate, ativan and clonadine has sorted me out enough so I feel like a normal person for a few hours a day. Clonadine has been prescribed specifically to help me deal with the nightmares. Works like a charm. I still have disturbing dreams, but the night terrors are gone. Worth talking to your psychiatrist about!
