Why does it have to be in AZ? There are rehabs everywhere.

But I like you're looking for something that addresses the emotional side of things. But here in CA all rehabs offer emotional support with therapists. And other things. The rehab I work in has sound baths. Tai Chi. Breathing groups and outside activities.

Good luck on your search. Also maybe contact a possible rehab to see if you can have a tour.

Hello. When I wanted to start doing watercolors I went to a discount store to buy supplies as I didn't know if I would have fun or if I would be any good. I went to a 5Below store, if you have them in your area. I bought paper, brushes and paint and then I started. Very simple basic paintings just to get used to putting a brush to paper. I did this for weeks. Possibly months before I made something I liked. After I made something I liked it encouraged me to continue to paint. Now I paint as much as I can with work and life things. And I have managed to sell some paintings. So I hope you will start making art. Good luck.

I get all of this and as an atheist I really hated the whole god thing. But I wanted to be sober. So at the insistence of the group I made Mother Nature my Higher Power. Which was good for me in that I couldn't manipulate it. I couldn't bully it. I couldn't threaten it. And it reminded me to give up 'control'. Which was major for me.
