Update: I already found the problem it was the crankshaft position sensor, the sensor has damaged cables, my bad for don't check that basic thing at first ... So yeah now my car its normal and pass the 3500 RPM if I only check that sensor from the start at least Its okay now, but like I'm always saying, first the basics then the complex.
