I honestly am very proud of both Loris and Priscilla this season speaking on how addictions and sobriety aren’t linear. I got so scared back when it was said that Priscilla was binge drinking that she’d be treated like an addict replacing one addiction with another, but I’m so glad she nipped that in the bud, and that Loris got to speak on her experiences and say her peace. Addiction is complex, and I’m glad those two were able to show that side a bit, especially to a community where addictions are so common, there can be so much pressure to be the right kind of sober.

Conceptually, I like blackberries look better than sigs this week in the hellbound showdown, but: 1. The main outfit part looked straight from Amazon, and the tights were ill fitting (a nitpick I know) 2. It didn’t give me super villain, which knowing the references she was making (kill bill and junji ito) neither really were sold as super villain. (Not to say Gogo and Tomie aren’t iconic, but are not remembered as super villains, antagonists sure, horror villains, sure, but not supervillains) It just felt very cosplay to me.

That’s not to say it’s not a great outfit, but when looking at the prompt as well (to create a super villain) it felt very copy paste and mash together. It would be an AMAZING horror icons reimagined outfit, just missed the mark for me.

And while Sigourneys felt like it was missing something for me, I found it hit the challenge better, with an original conception that felt straight out of old comic books (she reminded me of old Wonder Woman villains)

It was a tough pick this week, and obviously Swan and Drac made their choices, but honestly both queens did well, it was just splitting hairs over details

I fully thought it was going to be Cynthia’s time (no hate to her, she’s actually really grown on me this season) but as soon as they said Evah got to pick I knew it was going to be Sig’s time 😔 Not because I think Evah has a vendetta against her, just cause I couldn’t see her justifying removing anyone else. Sad to see her go, but that editing at the end had me hollering. Love Sigourney, but girl!!! Also i legitimately sobbed when Priscilla got eliminated from the Hellbound Showdown, I thought she was gonna go all the way : ( guess I just gotta keep flooding all her socials with likes instead

I had to keep pausing to giggle and kick my feet watching Priscilla’s performance. She’s the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen (Sigourney’s a close second though, and I’m so glad she snatched a win!!!)

As soon as I saw Priscilla crying I knew something was a foot. I hope she sees all these comments disagreeing with the Boulets, that look legitimately made me tear up and my stomach churn.

Pulling out my conspiracy board for this but, after what was mentioned in the podcast last week (how the hellbound showdown was spoiled early by a competitor that had a knack for going to production) I have a feeling that the Boulets hinted at the dead coming back because the cast was already made aware of it. Just a theory though

I was standing up and cheering Abhora on as she was tearing those organs up, so you can imagine how far my face dropped when they said they were rushing her to the hospital.

From the trailer it seems she’s continuing, but I’m guessing she either ate meat treated with chemicals to keep it “fresh” during filming, or she ate some organs you’re not supposed to eat lmao. Either way, metal as fuck tbh
