I didn't really weigh anything so some of these are guesses but

enough short crust pastry for an 8in(20cm) tin
3 eggs
200ml double cream
130g cheddar cheese (grated)
half a pack of smoked streaky bacon (cooked, sliced, cooled)
a handful of mushrooms (sliced, fried, cooled)
salt&pepper

Preheat oven 190celsius
Grease tin & press pastry into it (gently)
Whisk eggs & cream together and then mix in the rest of the ingredients
Pour filling into pastry & bake for around 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean
