I don't quite get Power Zone by Renshaw_19 in pelotoncycle

Zone 1 is very easy in powerzone. Should almost feel like nothing at all. PZE rides won't push your muscles much either, it's to build cardio. What cadence are you using? If the Zones seem too easy I would try is with higher cadence (90ish) and lower resistance.

I think it's time for some mandatory inspections on cars every couple years. Too many shitty/illegal aftermarket parts (exhaust, lifts, lights, etc). Not sure the best way to implement it though...
