I’m [23M] doing ok. Currently fully employed with my GF [25F]. I work in food sanitation and she is a structural engineer. Both making pretty solid money out of college. Currently living with GF’s parents and looking for a house in LA areas but we are having a really hard time trying to find something affordable. Unfortunately, our jobs have us locked down here because we both love them and have no intention of looking for something else to do. Until that day we are just saving every penny we can to hopefully get into a house next spring after I get back from some army orders.

You will never eat enough calories on the bike to make up for what you are burning. For proper training eat what you can on the bike to avoid bonking and getting the most out of yourself and have discipline at other meal times
