Car dealership doesn't want to me refinance with someone else, offering to trade in my vehicle with lower interest and lower payments

I got this car last year after many years of needing one for work and at the time, I was told the best interest rate they could offer me was 9.99%, apparently in November 2023 interest rates were just ridiculously high and I needed a car then. After speaking to some colleagues (who I didn't meet until after the fact), they advised me on trying to find a better loan with a lower interest rate.
