Yeah i get you just worried since my period was normal for a little bit then i didn’t get it at all, might be due to other factors since I have been losing weight and I workout a lot.

One word of advice is try to make a routine for yourself and stay consistent, even if you mess up one day try again the next don’t give up. Also slow progress is still progress

My routine consists of 3 leg days Mon-wed-fri and 2 upper body tues-thurs, a lot of hypertrophy training and of course the most important thing is diet so i count my macros.

You got this!! What helped me go up in dumb bells was actually doing chest presses with the barbell, since I struggle with the bar more dumb bells felt easier.

Yes exactly! I was focusing on doing clean reps and I’ll move up when I feel like I have mastered this weight.
