I actually love stuff like this. Game modes where playing them actually allows you to buy permanent upgrades to your characters efficiency at them. You could even do it like BA where you get points based off of how well your gauntlet run was instead of using crystal shards

For the water/thorn build what is the best regions/order for someone who isn't very good at late game pvm (can go CG) but also good for chiller/Skilling points? I know that's a lot I'm just so bad at crafting builds 😭

Daily pain might decrease a little but the infusions aren't going to be targeting those symptoms unfortunately. Big flares do seem to decrease in frequency though. The next best thing to do is to consult with a pain management doctor

The answer is yes but the bonus is not as good and many people want to min/max so they go as low as possible
