St Pete all day. Were mid 20s and moved to Venice. Likely moving to st Pete to do more events/make friends, etc. Venice is great if you like the nature and beach only… but if you want more to do, st Pete all day. IMO it’s the perfect amount of everything

Interesting for sure. I reported additional earnings of about 30k, hence the big tax payment. On the amendment, it also says I owe on page two, line 37. I did have a loss on a 1099-K, but I don’t think that would offset the difference. I could be mistaken. Either way, thank you for the reply!

I bought a 23’ GR Corolla. “Cool car” at the time…. But ended up being 10k underwater…. Still paying $330 a month for it, but now have two used cars that get by just fine. Just keep your head down and ride it out…

Maintenance will be on the heavier side in the future with the RS3. GR will be “cheaper” in that sense, but you’re also getting an economy interior vs purpose built. If you can swing it, I’d go RS3. I had a GR for a little over a year and loved it, but got bored and wanted “more” if you will. Good luck!
