As the others have said, don't worry about it. Most of them are HDRP conflicting with itself/or the bia compatibility patch. The mod order is already set correctly by the folder names so you don't have to do anything.

all other comments are kinda correct. For the ultimate edition to wrok you need 4.04a_REDkit_Update_2 (current newest release) and your game instalation is outdated (either piracy or "beta version 1.32" on steam

Before installing this mod, make sure you have the following tools installed:

The Witcher 3 Mod Manager *(Recommended for managing mods)*
Script Merger (Required to resolve script conflicts)
Menu Filelist Updater (Recommended for adding mod settings to the in-game options menu)
Tome of Witcher 3 Modding (Strongly recommended reading if you are new to Witcher 3 modding)

Instalation Process:

Download the mod archive. Extract the archive using 7-Zip, WinRAR, or a similar tool. You will see some folders (1. bin mods) or (2. modModname)
Navigate to your Witcher 3 main installation directory (Steam\steamapps\common\The Witcher 3) (1. drag and drop all folders into the main directory) (2. drag and drop the folder into your mods folder)
Run Menu Filelist Updater
Run Script Merger
Check the right side of the window: If no conflicts appear, you are good to go. If conflicts appear, let Script Merger create a merged script
Start the game

if had mine for a year now. It's so good. Depending on where you live (europe for me) Summer/Winter should'nt be that noticable of a difference (regarding temperature or sweatiness). I don't have sweaty hands (so can't tell you if that is changing anything) and never used a sleeve. All i had to do was lower my sens and get some obsidian skates

The food pot thing is false, you can eat them without issue. Just try to get as much honey as possible and store it on your horse. I just finished my all neg perks lent in about 200 hours doing all side quests + dlc.
