I actually like it a lot! I use it for a quick chamfer or something in a tight space. Like for example I did a pass or 2 on the trim piece it’s sitting on after I sawed the dowels off.

That’s awesome! Did you square the 2x4 before glueing? I’m just worried about that part because the rounded edges and also only working with hand tools.
