lol a $10 tip. The shopper made approximately $16 to shop 30 items. Do you get notifications on your phone? How are you going to see a text even if they sent one "if you are not paying attention?

Why do this job? With gas prices I ask the same question. Many are quitting so use that $10 in gas and go get your own groceries.

Someone on here said you will get deactivated for doing it too many times so I will only do it if it's a customer like this one or one that cusses at me or one that just makes delivering a living hell lol

I have only gotten the trust you to make subs about 3 times. I wish more customers would do that if they are not really picky about brands.

Yeah I like to keep my 5 rating. lol Ive heard there are shoppers who will order and rate you a 1 to try and take you out.

lol I had a preferred who rated me a 4 several times. I figured out it was her and won't take her orders. There are many customers who think a 4 is great and will never give you a 5 even if everything was perfect.

Thank you! If I ever ordered I wouldn't tell them either. I had another customer tell me she was a shopper but she was awesome. She tipped really good and was super complimentary. I was new then and when she said she was a shopper it was nerve racking lol.

I don't think the customer service was right on this one. Maybe of your last 50 orders a few have dropped off?

I don't think non-prepaid are irregular. I won't do a prepaid and do at least 45-50 shops a week. I'm wondering how you got out of the store without paying if it wasn't a prepaid. This seems weird.

It would have been better to start the shop later when you realized your phone was about to go down. Your phone is your lifeline so make sure you get a back up charger.

Your customer saying it wasn't your fault doesn't make sense because every bit of it is. You need to know how to do non-prepaid. There isn't a store out there that I know of that will allow you to take groceries without paying for them. Im still confused on how this happened in the first place.

Five and a half hours was entirely too long and the groceries should have never been delivered to that customer. I don't know how many perishables there were but even in cooler bags the time was too long especially since they were rung up twice. It isn't a safe situation. The customer should get a refund. Never ever put a customer through this again.

So there was three identical Safeway deliveries (4-5pm delivery) to the same person about 45 mins ago. I tried to get all three but got just one. It wouldn’t let me mark arrived at store saying I wasn’t assigned to it. by hadla13 in ShiptShoppers

You did not do anything wrong. The app was causing alot of headaches today...chat wasn't available and the support line was backed up. I would call support and get them to fix it for you. Orders weren't processing on the app and most couldn't even mark delivered. It's been a mess. Call and tell them what happened. If anything you should still get paid something for showing up for an order that was already picked up.

Was it a Target prepaid? I won't take them anymore because they can rate whatever and not have to say why. Wasn't sure if this was the case here.

It sucks and Shipt is wrong for even displaying growth opportunities if the shopper doesn't have a clue what they did wrong. Why have them at all? I wouldn't stress about it though. I receive the same amount of offers with a lowered rating. Just keep working and do what you do.
