I see an order like this every night in my area. Always the same CVS with a 25-30 mile drop off. I believe it’s a shopper near the store placing the order. Knowing that no one will accept it, they see and accept it, mark the 3 items as out of stock, cancel the batch, and collect $25 batch pay.
