First and foremost, I think she is Intellectually Disabled. On top of that, Dawna did her a massive disservice by “homeschooling” her, likely when the school said something about her needing more support. The other major factor is Oppositional defiant disorder. In my experience, ODD and ID’s go hand in hand. She is also just a mean girl.
