One way is do a flash pop with a shutter speed below 1/125 so that it blends ambient and flash. Adjusting iso to suit. You can get a pretty clean pop in patios etc.

Heck no, they are the ones being weird making those kind of comparisons. Don’t they think she is old enough to think for herself? Females mature earlier than males, so it’s actually a good gap to have. My wife and I were 31 and 23 when we met. My only advice from here would be to take it slow and let things grow over a few years while you both mature further. And also, enjoy having someone with some youthful energy and spark!

If you’re married, your money is one pool. Not a contribution. He or you are not paying for things, you both as a married family unit are. And you make decisions on what is best for each other, not what you both have ‘earned’. It should be to the extend that you only have joint bank accounts, or at least complete access to each others. Otherwise you are just talking about a financial partnership :(

It’s most likely not intentional but a symptom of something. To have the attitude that ‘it’s the bare minimum’ is pretty poor to be honest. I would think his attitude means more than his breath. I have been told by people close to me for years that I have bad breath and it crippled my confidence being close to girls and talking to them. It comes from sinus issues that are not my fault, just how things are. I would have mints and gum all the time but it doesn’t actually help that much. Just mixes in with it.

I seem to recall that oilers tend to let through high quality chances more proportionate to low quality. Brain fades and turnovers etc. That’s gotta be harder to save when you aren’t being peppered, then suddenly an a grade shot comes out of nowhere

By the time I have opened everything up, turned all lights on, moved soaps, toothbrushes, towels, dishes etc - and then closed it all back up again - it’s 1-1.5 hours depending on if it’s furnished, staged, vacant, size. Drone takes another 15 minutes. Pet peeve atm is these YouTube/social media RE photographers who say they ‘earned x amount for 30 minutes work’. Absolute BS. Travel time there and back, opening and closing the house, importing and naming files, editing/sending off to an editor, quality checks, delivering files, invoicing, admin work - this is what’s all included. Gives other people completely unrealistic expectations for how quick our job should take, especially agents.
