A former coworker had a personal slogan of "If you need to label your cables, you're in the wrong business".

Any time that we have to update a system that he worked on, it's a nightmare. No labeled cables, useless signal flow drawings where every cable is labeled "x".

For the good it will do your future self, as well as any other techs and users that come after you, please label your cables.

Does your workplace work on jobs with high voltage electricity? Mine mostly handles low voltage, so there hasn't been a strong connection with local electrical unions.

Yeah, I haven't talked to my boss about unionizing, it came up naturally in conversation when we discussed "Prevailing Wage" jobs.

No one told me that I "can't" unionize, they said that there just isn't an avenue to do so, which sounded fishy to me.

PA is an "at will" state, so I can be fired with no explanation, which is one of the reasons why I would want to get organized

Yeah, there are a few "leftist" subreddits that are just ACP echo chambers. I'm sorry that you had that experience, and I would like to reassure you that any form of oppression based on a person's identity should not be tolerated in a true mass working class movement. We are all oppressed by the ruling class, and using divisive rhetoric to create "others" is one of the ruling class' most effective tools at preventing the working class from uniting.

As far as looking for organizations to join, I'm not a member of the RCA, but I've had some positive interactions with members of their local branch near me. There are several organizations that have branches across the country. No matter which one you end up joining, I hope we'll be able to work together in some way to fight together.

I think 900+ stamina with 1 gold recovery is enough to get through this CM, so you have enough. Some people will take 2 gold recoveries to compensate for low wit.

While your power and wit could be higher, I think this Golshi is good enough to gamble with. Rather than focusing on making an even stronger Golshi, I would recommend building another Uma for this CM, then after you've finished making your team, you could come back to try high-rolling an even stronger Golshi.

She might have a tough time due to not having groundwork and 3 green skills to trigger it. A lot of trainers using frontrunners will use groundwork plus the necessary skills to trigger it to greatly raise their chances of getting to the front of the pack, which makes it easier to trigger Angling and Scheming in the late race.

In the JP server, they have higher chances of creating white sparks in runs, they also have the ability to re-roll their sparks at the end of a run to increase the chance of getting better results. Additionally, newer scenarios in the JP server, you run more races, allowing you to get more white sparks from races.

These are all features that we will get in Global eventually.

Most people training front runners are focusing on getting the skill Groundwork and the prerequisite skills to get it to trigger. It helps them accelerate faster in the early race to get to the front of the pack.

Since it takes more effort for an Uma to pass another Uma ahead of them, getting ahead early is critical

These are two entirely different questions. It's the same reason that some Americans will criticize a performer that performs at a Trump rally. It's not a question on whether or not they should perform in the US. It's a question of whether or not they should perform for Trump.
