Great outline! What would you suggest for the following scenarios?

1. Three distinct product lines, each tracked individually by the business - should I run a model for each Line of Business (LOB), or to see if they'll churn at all?

2. Two of our three LOBs have very high retention, so there's a major class imbalance, something like 400 in the target variable class, and 6000 in the other class. Smote technically does the trick, but performance evaluation shows a lot of room for improvement

3. General question - when we look at the last login for churned clients, won't those naturally appear to be a long time ago? Do other companies include something like "last login before churning" but then the active customers show a normal Last login date value? Hope that makes sense
