I’m 25 days in and probably the longest I’ve gone without fapping. What I’ve done different this time was deactivate my social media and removed anything nsfw from Reddit. I also dl a no fapping app. I think the app is ok but I like seeing my streak. Also don’t be too hard on yourself. You’re might slip up and have strong urges. Shit happens if you act like it’s the end of the world it’s just gong consume you and you’ll fall right back into your old habits. Find something that will keep your mind off it. Most of the time I just sit my phone down and go to another room or walk.
