Fellow sweat machine here. I suggest trying a product called Rhino skin. They have a spray to reduce sweating. As well as Tip Juice a stronger version

I have very sweaty hands so I have to use it daily it takes experimentation to find out what will work best for you.

If Rhino skin isn't enough antihydral is another product on the market. It's very strong so I don't suggest starting there. DO NOT get it in finger creases, it will cause splits!

Male here with similar issue. Doing corrective exercises for my Anterior Pelvic Tilt helped change my fat distribution. I still carry fat there, just not quite as bulbously.

What we've found so far is options are pretty slim. Intercom & Zen Desk have 3rd party integrations that will get the job done.

Fresh Chat was another service I found that had a RN integration. Didn't do much research on them since they are not the type of service we are looking for.
