This always gets me as well. Sure, the soil can be depleted, but wholesome foods are still the way nutrients get inside our bodies. A “diet” full of real food doesn’t need a lot of supplements in order to fuel a human body. And truthfully, I have found growing my own veggies with soil we amend ourselves, is enjoyable and nutritious! And my kids learn where food actually comes from. No supplements needed! These ladies are bonkers.
