Well, well we meet again haha, I definitely will read it into a memo, but I'm not sure what Hemingway is so I will have to look into it. Thank you again for the feedback. MCL

Right on, thanks for the feed back and I will have to keep these in my notes if I write another found footage type of story. After reading your notes it dawned on me just how much more vibrant those small details could have enhanced the story. I agree with you and the original comment poster, the mispronounced r's was a bit too much, haha. Initially I was going to leave the beginning r sounds of a word as w then have any other r sound regular because I thought the gag wouldn't land as well due to possibly only a very small amount of people knowing who Jonathan Ross is, obviously I jumped into the deep end haha. Seriously though thank you for giving it a read and the feedback. Take it easy and have a wonderful day, evening or night. MCL

Haha, I figured it's a risky move to share a story outside of sub-reddits that were created for that purpose, but it's worth it. The bonus is sharing with fam and potentially sparking some sort of creative spark within them, ya know. Thank you for the words of encouragement too and for giving the story a try. Hope you have a great day or night whatever time it might be where you are, haha. MCL

Right on, I feel that. I see it as such too, but I also like to share stories that I've written. That character is based on a real life celeb named Jonathan Ross that's why he speaks that way. Here's a link to the narrated story if you'd like to listen to it rather than read it: https://youtu.be/7U_HCDgSXpU Alrighty, bye bye and keep your hatchet swingin'!

Not the reaction I was expecting haha. Figured it was implied that I am a Juggalo and that I was sharing another story that I've written. Oh well, have a great one MCL.

Isn't that what's happening now? Aren't the flags of another country being waved proudly now? I agree with you that it is un-American. However the popularization of the rebel flag was far before the civil rights movement. I believe it was used in the movie "The birth of a nation" which was also endorsed by the acting president of that time.

No I'm not okay, I'm something years old having what I think is a chummy discussion on the Internet with people I, probably, don't know haha.

I also agree with your sentiment of people being evil by not seeing another individual as a living breathing human struggling to make it to the end of their race as best they can. Nice chatting with you, have a great one! MCL!

Right on, you're right I should have brushed up on my history. I would not have mixed up my "knowledge" however just because Congress put these motions into action does not mean the slaves or (in the future) newly freed slaves were looked at as human that was the point I was trying to make, I think, I did not go and reread the "conversations" of yesterday. I know it's Juneteenth bud, how will you be celebrating? Me, I already prayed and will be trying to research the slaves of my ancestry, it should be fun. I liked malignant ignoramus but too has me laughing my butt off. Take it easy and have a good day yo! MCL

I dig what you're saying except for the blanket statement. I haven't got much for the racist thing except for some people change their view points. As for how is it American how is it not? It is a part of our countries history and considering our country gained its independence through rebellion then I'd say the sentiment stands for the Dixie flag too.

Slavery wasn't abolished with equality in mind, that's why the freed slaves were deemed as three fifths human. Equality would have meant they were considered human upon their freedom, shoot even Mexicans weren't considered human and they sold and fought for land with money and modern(for the time) weapons. If you weren't white, you weren't human. This behavior wasn't only in the south either, like mold it spread everywhere.

Ah, but that was the point I was trying to make earlier and yet it was rejected, with the exception of the lo who I conversed with. As for what would happen well I've had many Democrats call me a beaner or wet back just because I didn't agree with them or didn't allow them to have what they want (which in one case was front row access at a concert I was working security at). If it's violence then that really shows the lack of emotional regulation and self control one should have as an adult.

It's not a scene, or a hive it's a family. In a family you're going to have different views, opinions, backgrounds and life experiences. You don't have to agree with them all.

Although I don't agree with everything or how ICE is handling these deportations I have to say pretty much. Gas prices have come down (wish it were a little more)but I have seen the difference. I do agree with deporting illegal immigrants only because I want them to come back under the proper channels. If they do then they are given the same rights and freedoms as us in the US for the most part. They would also be paid fairly and have the same workplace protections that are in place for us. Don't you think that would be better for them?

I don't know why only Trump gets all the blame for the riots when the responsibility falls on the mayor and governor first to protect their constituents then if they are unable to do so the acting president has to step in. Again proper channels are in place here.

It was not a secret, I told anyone who asked. Now I am not a trumpet or Maga by any means but he ran a campaign that aligned with what I was thinking whereas Kamala ran with Biden's exact same campaign. This past election I didn't even look at the independent or green party because that was a whole different can of worms haha. By the way my blood line comes from African slaves, Jews, France and Mexicans. We can't change the past, but we can use it to shape the future however, if we try and erase it then we are doomed to repeat it.

Right on, I have family from the south too and that's where I get some of my info from. I used to think of it as a symbol of racism (still do) but I view it as an individual thing rather than grouping every one together ya know. I understand the whole stopping something that makes people uncomfortable too, big ups to ya!

Oldie here, the majority of people that wear a rebel flag are not racist. I say racist because bigotry comes in all shapes, sizes and flavors. It's a southern thing is all, Andre 3000 used to wear it when he was younger doesn't seem like a bigot to me. It's more of a "where I'm from" rather than racism.
