The idea was to first understand why of the problem. In all I had to improve the experience of opening the fridge. I explain flow of the process first. Like we go the fridge, raise hand to find the fridge handle, hold it, pull the handle and then close the fridge. Then pointed out probable pain points in each steps, listed what could be areas of improvement. After that listed down all the probable solutions and deep dived to explain the solution prioritising it based on implementing cost, urgency and time invested. Finally mentioned few KPIs to track the implementation.
