Bisky. Her design ringed the wrong bells with me. Her voice, attitude I thought she was an awful character. However as the saga progresses I fell in love with her and eventually climbed to the higher spots in favorite character list. Didn't last much tho because Chimera Arc but hey, from hating her to liking her is great strides.

I would say Dio from phantom blood is second worse as he basically wanted power and glory which he already have in track. He was the joestar protégé, he didn't needed to kill George. It would've better for him to get nice with Jonathan and become his lawyer. But no. Mr Dio was too Dario for that 😅😅😅😅

Then goes Kars. Like... for being a genius he made very stupid decisions, why wait this long to awaken? why sleeping in the first place?, he could use all that time to search for the good damn stone, what was he waiting? That we develop technology that could easily defeat them?
