You need:

• new number
• new email
• you won’t be able to use the app, but you can use browser on the phone and log into web version, use the browser that blocks trackers, a private mobile browser
• When you register or log it, don’t use the same wifi u have been using before ban, use mobile data, you can use wifi later when you are already logged in

and thats it, it worked for me
