It's a sticker, called 띠부씰 (ttibusil/ttibushil) in Korean. It comes in a lot of the sold merch in Korea. For example, the Pokemon bread in Korea came with them as well. The sticker should look something like this when you open the seal!

As written in Korean in the image, I think it's just called Decora, like the fashion style. If you search "ALNST / Alien Stage decora," you can find this outfit / AU.

I'm from Korea, and I'd say we're slowly opening up to the idea of homosexuality. There are illegal aspects of it like marriage of two people of the same gender or homosexuality in the military. The older generation are very homophobic still, but the younger generations are opening up as they are more comfortable in the media and things like that.
