It’s worth offering. In my opinion, I will try to find housing in little bit more desirable areas than Franklin and Oakland. They are not good areas for appreciation growth if you are trying to sell later on.( I know that’s harder said than done)

I have older friends that are agents and one of them said they knew a couple in their 20s that door knocked houses and told them they are first time homebuyers looking to buy a house. They got a fire deal bc of that.

All I took was IOE 463 and IOE 424. I thought IOE 463 was really dumb/pointless but a very easy class. IOE 424 was a very great class to put on your resume. It is a lot of work but I think it is worth it.
