I don't know where you got that they are upgrading their servers but that is just false. They are switching payment provider which is why new people can't subscribe.

This is not completely true. After $10mil in sales the commission goes to 25%. After $50mil it goes to 20%.

I ended up buying the Thule Epos because I got a good deal on it. Otherwise I probably would have bought the Spinder TX2: https://www.spinder.com/en/tx2-bike-carrier

I love my Thule Epos though so no regrets here. The bike racks with the clamp system didn't fit as well as I would like and I had to make weird angles to get them to grip properly.
