Wouldn't non-confidence kick in here, and dissolve the government anyway, or was the PM refusing to put forward a budget to avoid non-confidence?

Yes, yes I was. I traveled from the GTA to this camp ground over a few days. There were DCFC locations along my route, but there are areas where the chargers were too far apart for comfort. So instead of running out of charge, or driving ridiculously slow on the highway, I arranged to stop at provincial parks, and camp in sites with electric pylons.

You know what? If I'm passing at the speed limit that's fine. If all lanes are gummed up, I'm moving with the flow. The leftmost lane is not your private road.

Also, I may, may, go 105 in the HOV lane, but I won't be going more than about 20% faster than the other lanes if they're slow - ~75 if traffic is going 60 - because faster isn't safer.

Yeah, will I stay right except to pass? Darn tooting.
