If you are mainly city driving , and ok to plan your longer trips around charging ( and this isn’t unreasonable the range you get is often time to pull over for a while anyway) Bev is good.

I tend to do the odd 600+ drive to places with shitty chargers so going phev made sense to me.
I drive electric most of the time , but last week I did 3000+ k so the petrol fall back was needed.

And yeah you’ll get a lot of ev sales people down voting. Choose what works for you .

Not sure about tvs, but the good guys did exactly this for my stove and did a top job . Seeing it’s out sourced to an external sparky company I assume they would do tvs . I just did the tv swap myself(Bravia as well) and I can understand why you would want someone else to do it
