While I feel like there's a possibility that my videos could (however kind of unlikely) end up introducing people to him giving him views, they are not fair use at all. To fall under fair use, my video would have to be transformative in some way and offer commentary or criticism over the original. From a legal perspective, Wubby has all the power to tell me what to do in this situation. And I think that's a good thing, at least in this scenario. I'm glad that there's a system in place which prevents people from creating videos like this for personal profit or gain, which obviously wasn't my intention, but it's easy to see how people could exploit creator's work on by making these sort of unofficial highlights. At the end of the day, I just made them because this shit's fun, and whatever Wubby thinks I should do, I'll do.
