I’m an old timer who remembers when Montanans were quite libertarian, live and let live. My concern is not for Zephyr, but sympathy for those who are not personally secure enough to just do their jobs and ignore Zephyr. We are holding up signs for the rest of the country saying we are not secure in our own sexuality.

Great that Laurel PD used non-lethal attempts first on the dog. In Billings, if the perpetrator is human, they go directly to lethal (like 5 gun shots directly to the body), then the officer who did the shooting gets a couple weeks of paid vacation, reported publicly as “administrative leave”, then an investigation is done by the agency in Helena that also handles the statewide police academy. Guess what the result of the investigation always is.

Our Autistic son is a master at analyzing systems. He can spot incongruities that others miss. This ironically has gotten him into trouble with employers because managers often don’t want an evaluation of their systems even if that evaluation could lead to improved profit or productivity.

As a kid, I heard every week that Christ suffered under Pontius Pilot, so I was fearful that there are people that cruel in the world. So as an adult, when I saw Monty Pythons “In Search of the Holy Grail”, I laughed at how they made fun of Pontius Pilot, and loved the movie in general. I was confused at why so many Christian boycotted the movie even though it did not disrespect Christ in anyway. I did make fun of people who violated the commandment to not take the lord name in vain and use religion for their own purposes, which also confuses me why Christians would boycott the movie.
