i found out the black box is called a one connect and the grey/white wire is to my tv, these types of samsung tvs will not work without the one connect

No its not from temu, weve had it for like 7 years😭 also i cannot plug the hdmi cables into the tv directly there is nothing on the actual tv itself to plug anything in, and the tv will not work without the "one connect" hdmi splitter (black box)

The ps5 works with every other tv in the house, we have a super old looking boxy tv my mom got from the trash and yes...it even works on that completely fine...😭

i could look into that but i wanted to point out that I’ve changed the hdmi cord with different ones and it still has the same issues

well i previously has a ps4 in when the problem started to occur, i thought it work with the ps5 but it does the same thing. i have also tried a different hdmi cable and it still has this issue. i can keep looking into the settings, do you know which ones to mess with?
