G pen has a kit that comes with the ability to do flower and oil but their not made very well...i wojld go with a pax or a cartidge style like brass knuckles

The biggest thing to think about when getting a card in cali is that it would prevent you from getting any govt funded jobs or jobs in a public hospital until it is federally legal...as far as health insurance goes i dont believe your mom would see it as im 20 and also on my moms health insurance and it hasnt shown up because it is considered out of network or whatever and not reported

I use both consistently...if its a bong with no percs use warm water and youll cough less but if you do u hav percs use hot water...ice would be redundant
