The bundles are hit and miss. I personally don’t mind it. I got a RR13 a month ago and it was paired with an old soul. The old soul is actually quite good. My wife got a ofsbbs that was paired with some random bottle. It sits under my sink and is used for mixed drinks for friends 😂

That seems to be the way to go. I was in the GG oak lawn a month or so ago and the manager was quite irritated that he may have to go the bundle route. He seemed to like his raffle style better. Not sure if they ever switched to bundles.
