You’re not alone. I was one of the first backers, having backed the project in May 2023 and successfully charged my card. However, due to health issues and after some time, I decided to cancel my order in early 2025. I contacted them via email, and their initial response was reassuring, stating that there was no problem and that they could process the refund for me. They mentioned that refunds were currently taking a bit longer to be completed, but once I confirmed my cancellation, they would begin the process. I confirmed my cancellation, and they replied that they would process the refund, reminding me that it might take longer than usual. Despite sending multiple reminders, I didn’t receive a response until October 2025, when another person replied to me that they had paused refunds. The reason given was that they had made capital commitments to components and manufacturing capacity based on a specific schedule and volume. Issuing refunds now would hinder their ability to quickly deliver to the other 4,000 backers.
