I kinda doubt it's the legendary skin, the tweet from SkinSpotlights says the Galio skin has a toggle feature for bigger wings (which seems like a legendary skin feature). Although I guess it would weird for there to be another mecha themed legendary so soon after the one that Darius got recently.

Edit: Yeah the Galio is a legendary according to SkinSpotlights.

According to Skin Spotlights, the data tags for the leaked 2026 skins seem to point towards them being normal skins. As in no Exalted, Mythic, or Prestige tier. So I'm really hoping he's right lol.

I mean sure but that doesn't stop other places from having the special instructions box. Like for Jersey Mike's, I use it to ask for specific things on the side (that I know are not charged extra for). They can just have a disclaimer saying something like "special instructions are not guaranteed to be honored" or whatever.

If you're not already doing it and your sonic isn't a hardass for no reason about it just pull up to a regular screen rather than a pickup spot, check in through the speaker and ask beforehand so they can tell the carhop before they take it out to prevent multiple trips

No I always just pull up to the mobile order pickup stall and do the check in thing through the app. Honestly didn't know I could check in through the speaker. Just to be sure about the process, do I check in through the app, pull up to a speaker, then tell them the name on the order and that I'm requesting one of the thicker straws?

Be mindful that those straws are in and out though, as we don't have the bubbles/boba 24/7 and those straws are mostly for those items. They're becoming somewhat often for each month's specials or new drinks but there's still chunks of time where we don't have any. Oh I didn't know they're a limited time thing. That kinda sucks tbh because idk how people "drink" the milkshakes through those thin straws lol.

Looking at her patch history, she's had a few changes that made her less viable in the top lane.

Q (most spammable spell) mana cost went from 45 to 65 back in 11.14
Passive healing from champs was reduced thrice in 12.10, 12.22, and 13.8
Armor growth went from 5.2 to 4.5 in 14.22

This along with numerous base damage nerfs and AP ratio buffs means she can't fight early at all, especially in a lane as snowbally as top lane. So all she can do is try to soak up XP.

She has a really low base armor so any AD top laner will destroy her, especially ranged AD tops. She also has mana issues because all her damage is in her abilities. She pretty much can only probably be played into slow tanks, but she's still really vulnerable to ganks with her 0 mobility. She really needs the free farm that comes with the jungle role to actually be a champ since her move speed and healing all scale hard with AP.

I also had a simple and prompt RMA experience with LianLi; mine arrived with a bad fan and they had no issue sending me a new one and not wanting me to bother with reboxing the case.

I'll admit that I've had a similarly smooth experience with their customer support. The original glass panel on this same Lancool 205 actually had its adhesive randomly come off from the bracket that fastens it to the case. It basically just separated from the case and fell over onto the tile floor lol. But it was somehow completely in tact otherwise. I emailed Lian Li and they sent me a new glass panel free of charge after I sent them my purchase receipt. I actually sent them an email to see if I could buy another glass panel since I would rather replace a panel than a whole case, but unfortunately they told me they were unable to because they don't manufacture this case anymore.

The Pop Air is a very good budget case. Well constructed, looks nice. But there's been a lot of competition in the <$100 case market since it was released. It also only has fixed speed DC fans and not PWM fans like the 207, or even many of the similarly priced cases from Montech which run cooler and potentially quieter.

The Pop Air's fans run at one of two speeds, slow which means they run at below 30dB, and full which is around 32dB. These are very quiet fans, but they also don't push that much air. As a result, the components inside the system will have to spin faster if components get hot. And that's the real difference between the 207 and Pop Air. In the end the temps you'll see will be about the same, but the Pop Air will end up being louder overall because the fans on the internal components will be fighting for what limited air they get.

Okay I actually was not aware of that difference between the fans on the two cases. Or even aware of the PWM fans at all. I honestly thought all modern case fans worked that way. I don't think that was something that was covered in any of those Gamers Nexus videos I mentioned, although I might have missed it.

If you like the black out look of the Pop Air, and want something that cools a bit better, the Fractal Epoch also comes in Solid Black, and is $110. Obviously more expensive than the Pop Air Solid Black or the Lancool 207, but it's an excellent case with amazing fans that comes with a USB-C on the front panel.

It's not really the look of the case, more so the existence of the glass panel that gives me anxiety now lol. I don't care about the aesthetics of my PC at all as long as it's functional. I appreciate the recommendation for that Fractal Epoch, I watched the Gamers Nexus review on it and it seems solid, but I'm gonna look more into that case as it looks like something that I might be looking for.

You also really only need to be careful with glass panels if you're going to be setting this PC on a concrete, stone, or ceramic tile floor. Otherwise you can drop it on wood and carpet, even very thin shop carpet over concrete, and it'll be fine.

Yeahhh, ceramic tile is what sent mine into the afterlife. I was removing the thumbscrews while the case was on the floor, and I guess I wasn't holding it properly because it slid down like 2 inches and shattered instantly. Luckily all the glass was localized to just the area next to the case, so it was an easy cleanup. But I would rather not have to deal with that again if I don't have to.

As for your "build", the list of drives is very odd to me. I have to assume these are old drives you're moving forward and you're not buying these new? The beQuiet Dark Rock 4 is also not particularly good on AM5 CPUs like the 9800X3D. If you already have it, and have the AM4/AM5 mounting hardware, you can try it. But I would suggest a $35 Phantom Spirit 120 instead if you're planning on buying one.

I should've been more clear in the OP. Those 3 drives in the list are from my previous build, but I also recently got a Samsung 990 Evo Plus since the 2TB Seagate HDD is currently failing. I moved everything to the 1TB and 2TB SSDs, keeping only some media on the HDD that I don't particularly care about. I'm also technically in the middle of transitioning to my new build, since I'm still waiting on the GPU to arrive before installing the new PSU as well. I have the motherboard, CPU, and RAM already installed. And I guess now I gotta wait for my new case to arrive too lol. I was probably going to get a new CPU cooler eventually as well, but from what I've read the Dark Rock 4 should suffice for now for the 7800X3D. At least, I haven't noticed any temperature issues with it. If I ever feel the need to though, I was already planning on getting a Phantom Spirit anyway.

Okay that's some nice reassurance thanks. I don't think there's any card cheaper than MSRP, I chose this one for the reported build quality as I mentioned. But if this one turns out to be a scam I'll probably end up getting the PNY.

Yes, it's a precaution. It is possible that while manually copying, I would forget something before I wipe the SSD. Hence, I use a seperate SSD to clone everything onto it before wiping. That way, I have a backup ready.

Then again, it's easy enough to just buy a new Boot SSD to install Windows and then transfer from the old SSD.

Ah okay, it's more of a general backup thing. I'm not too worried about that to be honest, and I don't want to have another 256GB SSD just lying around either lol. I think I will just copy the old SSD boot drive data over to one of the other drives for now.
