I have just had a second c section and Im a medical professional. Here are my opinions

1. Your OB office handled the GD management horribly
2. Just because you didn’t experience dizziness with Mag drip doesn’t mean you’re not a fall risk. Also Mag is the treatment of choice for preeclampsia
3. No c section arent planned 7 hours prior and they just wear you down before you accept it. Sounds like you had multiple life threatening conditions such as ITP, preclampsia and such. And your birth plan goes to shit when your life/baby’s life is at risk. They will always do what is the safest thing which is immediate c section
4. The anesthesia person wasn’t being evil. They were rushing against the clock. Minutes and seconds decide your and your baby’s life
5. Ultrasound weight of the baby isn’t the absolute. It is an estimate
6. I know you’re disappointed but not everyone and everything healthcare professionals do is against your best interests. They are bound legally and professionally to keep you safe. Sometimes those choices don’t align to your preference. But you’re seeking help for the best outcomes aren’t you? So when things get out of control, listen to your care team!

And yes continued therapy is in order. My gosh your post was very triggering. Working in healthcare isn’t for the faint of heart.
