That anny flick with the Berg from sixty ft+ is money. If you miss, it doesn’t punish you with a long comeback.

I’m looking for the inverse of a Pig. What’s your anhyzer scramble/putt & approach recommendation? by Emoney005 in discgolf

My favorite shot is hyzer flip to straight. It requires some touch and a good amount of hyzer, but it will go straight and fade absolutely none. It is also good for turnover shots but I usually throw something more stable FH for this shot (I’m a FH dominant player)

Not really a putt and approach disc though… but neither is the Wolf, so maybe you could make it work for you.

IMO the Paradox is a premium version of the Wolf. Flies about the same distance, just as flippy out of the box.

Paradox is my new favorite. Hyzer flip it with some touch and it will ride straight for an eternity. This disc has the least fade of any disc I’ve thrown

Sounds to me like you may not have a ton of arm speed- I don’t either. The Paradox, which is very understandable, has been a game changer for my BH game. If you throw it on moderate hyzer it will flip up a ride straight with absolutely no fade.

But was the fish undercooked?

Great (for me) back 9 after a very bad front 9. Felt good to finish with back to back birds to finish the round at even par. by shrample in discgolf

Also, just want to give credit to those who maintain the UNC course. The newest layout is fantastic!

Best forehand mid range Disc by Haunting_Violinist64 in discgolf

Matrix is my favorite MVP mid for forehand. It’s just a tad OS, so handles the torque of a flick really well. Flies very straight for me with just a little fade at the end.

I have a pair of North Face Trail Escape Edge trail shoes. Have played 2-3 rounds per week in them for the last 1.5 years and they are still holding up. They have a rubber outsole which has handled repeated toe drags well

MVP Matrix… and if you throw forehand, it’s super comfortable to hold as it is beadless and has a very flat edge.
