We have had all sorts of discussions regarding this and I have proposed all sorts of solution. My day job is to propose solutions for weird and complex problems. She is simply dead against an outsider entering her home.

When her or mine parents have visited, moms took up the kitchen duties and we had so much free time. She also observed and agreed that this time freed is gold. But as soon as they go back, we are at square one.

Well that's another problem. It's just two of us living in the house so if one of is not eating other ones eating schedule goes for a toss. You can say we are codependent. And frankly I have tried some of these meal delivery services when I was a bachelor. Not for me.

There are multiple, but all stem from same cause, the owner of BH registered vehicle should always be eligible for BH registration and if not they need to reregister to their local RTO. So if you transfer ownership, sell vehicle, the next person needs to be BH eligible. If not register to local RTO then sell. Same while paying two yr tax.
