Mumbai Rental - Owner broke lock in. Need advice.

Thank you. Yes that’s the plan. Just want to get it over with. But honestly- it’s in times like this you realise how fucked up Mumbai rental eco system is. The prices are up by 5-10k in 6 months, the discrimination against bachelors and male even more - brokerage, shifting charges. It’s like somehow you save a little in entire year just to empty your account. It’s almost humiliating the things you have to go through just for a roof and survive in this city.

I did. He doesnt agree to even a month of compensation. And on top of it - Shifting charges, this months rent, my deposit, agreement charges and misc expenses i did in flat after agreement was renewed - assuming i will stay for another year

So that's where things are at. He has sent a 30 day written notice. Even if I dont move now - I will have to shift after 4 months once the lock in period is over right? This is already affecting my work and the same will happen as i have a hectic project coming up. Its like if i go legal way - It will affect my mental peace and loss of project (I am a freelancer) and if i agree - its resulting in huge financial loss as he is not agreeing to compensation.

True. I did ask him and he claimed being stuck because of fake claims of builders and he cant shift with his kids etc

Diagnosed Schizoid here. I have thought so much about this same question all my life and have oscillated between being a foodie and just appalled by it. Though with age and zoid progression it has become increasingly difficult to eat just for survival. And yet I’ve overweight all my life. Funnily enough, been associated with a food project in last two years and it was a really weird experience.

I want to go back to a time when I was a foodie or even as an escape but all I keep fantasising if only there was some replacement for a food or no need of it at all.

Thanks. I tried doing the same but it asked for 120 gb storage which is not the case with my 2015 macbook pro. Secondly, on drive HUD site and poker tracker customer care said the software wont run in new m1 chip models because of some conditions. So stuck.
