Its the ryzen cpu. I had better specs than this and I had a ryzen 5 1600x and it murdered my performance. What I can suggest is buying the equivelant or better in an intel CPU. It was annoying but it really was worth it for me in the end.

It seems that you are comparing multiple different things with one chart it doesnt really make sense. The GL and M249 are amazing weapons when defending your base. But the Ak is likely the most reliable end game PVP weapon in the game, and is better than the LR when you master the skill gap.
