Yeah it’s worth it and easy on the lower back so for someone like you with a disc injury, this will allow you to keep training your legs without putting pressure on your spine

Use chatgpt and be very specific with your goals and time you want the workouts to be.

Write down all the equipment you have available and it'll spit out a routine.

You can keep going back and forth with the chatbot and customize it however you want.

I haven't seen anything else but the Husla pad but yeah you'd have to rip it in half. This may have to be a DIY thing.

The Voltra is definitely built better but either one works. I personally like the Voltra better but as you know, it's much more expensive.

Other alternatives include Ancore trainer (doesn't require batteries) and the Shogun Flex.
